Gemstone Singing Bowl Sound Healer Certification Class, Level 3

In Level III, The Master Class, you will be putting everything together with Advanced Training in Meditations. 

You will:
*write and preform your own composed meditations utilizing Advanced singing bowl placement and orientation. 
*learn how to work in a group setting of other performing crystal/ gem bowl players.
*have the opportunity to practice and master your new skills by receiving feedback from Ed and other students.
Upon completion of this course, in addition to level 1 and level 2, you will become certified as a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healer.

Come share your experience and work on stress busting yoga and mindfulness strategies that will help you manage your stressors so that you can choose where and when to drop the F-bomb. Class will begin with a short share and discussion each week, followed by a yoga and relaxation practice suitable for all fitness levels. 
This class is open to high school students.

Please join us for a special Y12SR meeting today! Our meeting this week will be followed by TWO practioners that will demonstrate how Auricular Acupuncture and Self- Ear Reflexology can help you manage stress and self-regulate.

Dorothy Eagan is RN and will lead a demonstration using Ear Seeds and Auricular Acupuncture. Julie Bailis, a Nationally Certified Reflexologist will demonstrate how to practice Self-Reflexology on the ears to reduce stress and manage pain.

This meeting is open to those outside of the Y12SR community.

Square foot gardening for busy families – how to grow some of your own food without a lot of hassle.  Bring only your enthusiasm!

In this 1.5 hour hands-on workshop, you will learn:

  • where to place your raised bed

  • how to put the frame/kit together

  • what to fill your bed with

  • which plants are ideal for our area

Families are welcome.

Workhop $30 + gardening kit $45 (save $4, gardening kit retails for $49)

$75 per family . This price includes the price of the 4x4 gardening kit.

We will have the kits available for you on the day of the workshop.
