Now is the time to let go of clothes that no longer suit you and to add a new look to your wardrobe! Please join us in our 3rd Clothing Swap
!
Here are a few more details:

In preparation for this event, please:
*Bring 5-10 articles of clean, new, or gently used clothing, shoes, bags, scarves, and/or shoes.
*No rips, holes, or pilling.
*Bring clothes on hangers.
*Bring your own reusable shopping bags.
Snacks & Refreshments will be served.

This event is FREE.

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

The event starts at 10:30 am. Please be prompt because we will use the first 30 minutes to set up the shop with your help. There will be a short presentation about clothes waste and ways we can reduce landfill waste. You will also be led in a short meditation about letting go of what no longer serves us and inviting new energy into our lives and closets.

Our leftover clothing and goods will be donated to My Sister’s Place, a unique family thrift shop located in Ansonia, CT, which offers a first-class retail and online shopping experience.
All proceeds benefit victims of domestic violence and their children.


This event takes place at Mountain View Wellness, a fitness studio in Hamden, CT. Julie Bailis offers one-on-one custom Personal Training & Health Coaching services at this location, but she also believes in creating and giving back to the community.
