Meditation for Beginners (a 4-week course)

This 4-Week series is designed for people who are curious about meditation and starting their own practice.

In this experiential class, we will define meditation & mindfulness, we will learn about the benefits of meditation, and explore and practice various meditation and mindfulness techniques.

At the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your everyday life. In-person and Zoom options are available.

We will meet on the following days:

Feb. 2, 9, 16, 23 from 6 pm- 7:30 pm
