Julie Bailis will begin by guiding you in restorative yoga practice. Once settled, Lauri Ingram will move you into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep using Yoga Nidra. We complete this spring Renewal practice with the gentle and inviting sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs.
